CMS Connects Maritime Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Resilience at SCRS 2026

The Centre for Maritime Studies (CMS), National University of Singapore (NUS) participated in the Supply Chain Resilience & Sustainability (SCRS) Conference & Awards Gala Dinner 2026, held on 15–16 September 2026 at Amara Sanctuary Sentosa, Singapore.
Organised by the Transported Asset Protection Association Asia Pacific (TAPA APAC), SCRS 2026 brought together supply chain, logistics, technology and industry leaders to discuss how organisations can strengthen resilience, sustainability, security and innovation amid geopolitical, climate and technological change.
At the event, CMS showcased its postgraduate and executive education programmes and connected with industry professionals on the capabilities needed for an increasingly digital and interconnected maritime and supply chain environment.
Developing Future-Ready Maritime Talent
CMS featured the Master of Science (Maritime Technology and Management), jointly hosted by the NUS Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management and CMS. The programme combines maritime knowledge with technology, data analytics, programming, port logistics and supply chain management.
Students also gain practical industry exposure through internships, projects, seminars, workshops and industry visits, helping them apply their knowledge to real-world maritime challenges.

Building More Resilient Supply Chains
CMS also showcased its Supply Chain and Logistics Planning Executive Programme, designed for professionals across supply chain, logistics, transport, port operations and digital transformation.
Covering Maritime & Port Logistics and Aviation, Land & Intermodal Logistics, the programme explores how data, AI and practical planning approaches can support more responsive and resilient supply chains.
