This pre-conference workshop will identify important and upcoming challenges and R&D opportunities in the maritime transport and supply chain which include risk management, port choices and competitiveness, ICT, and collaborative planning between port and liners. It also serves as a prelude to potential R&D programmes that will help support and address identified key research themes in the workshop.
